Due to the nature of our products, like all other websites that sell prom and evening dresses, we do not accept returns. All products are thoroughly inspected by our shipping department to assure that you will receive your garments in perfect condition.

Please consult the size chart for the right size and if you are “between sizes” order the bigger size since it is easier to “take in” a dress than to “let out”. It is rare, however, if you received a faulty item and wish to process an exchange you must submit a request via email to returns@promandevening.com within 3 business days of receiving your order and a PronAndEvening Representative will confirm if your request has been authorized. (Exchanges are only available for same STYLE, COLOR AND SIZE provided that the item has not been worn and the original tags are intact.)

Upon authorizing a return, the PromAndEvening Representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 
Please note any packages that are returned without authorization will not be accepted.
